Content & Equipment Move:
This is probably the most typical of all office moves. Many clients have elected to buy new furniture that has been pre-installed at the new location. We are simply hired to move the computers and files.

Restack or Renovation:
This is an on-going project, typically performed by a larger tenant. Many larger companies will constantly expand, contract or otherwise change their floor layouts to create efficiencies. We are hired to move any or all relevant items in phases according to their construction schedule. It is sometimes necessary to remove items from the office and bring to storage temporarily.

Paint/Carpet replacement:
This typically (but not always) occurs when a company RENEWS their lease and thus decides to improve the look of their space. In most instances, we are hired to move all items from offices and/or corridors and stage in another area of the floor (or other floor) within the building and then replace them once the painters and carpet layers have completed their work. In most instances, we remove on Friday evening and replace on Sunday.

Load & Go:
This is a smaller move under 5 truckloads. This could be done as part of a larger move (example = Thursday eve pre-move) or simply the only move. The crew will all load the trucks and then proceed to the destination to unload and place.

Round Robin or Shuttle:
This is the most common style of moving whereas a crew is present at each building. One crew sends to the other by way of several trucks moving items between the sites until completed. People would be staged in 4 key areas: upstairs & downstairs at origin and the same at destination. (Example = envision a conveyor belt)

New furniture delivery and/or installation:
Some movers do provide the service of either receiving newly manufactured furniture in their warehouse (or direct to the new office) and then delivering it to the floor(s). Any protective packaging is removed and discarded, and the items inspected for damages during transit from the factory. Typically, furniture is delivered in the evening (or Sat) and installed/assembled during daytime hours.
