its competitors, which allowed us to make decisions as
to which services made sense for us in our move.
Moreover, everything they said they would provide, they
did. The move was made on Friday and by Monday, we were
ready and fully operational. Instead of using cardboard
boxes, Universal provided plastic bins, which allowed us
to empty the bins and stack them so that they didn't
become a nuisance. Then the next day, Universal picked
up their bins. There was no waste and we didn't have to
worry about disposing 226 cardboard boxes. This was the
second time in 10 years we moved, and our first

against the others, they provided a much more detailed,
